Keep prices low

TimoCom, Europe's largest freight exchange, had just moved to its new headquarters from Düsseldorf to Erkrath, Germany. One of the best canteens was opened in the modern building. The management's goal was to keep prices as low as possible while maintaining high quality.

Innovation team growth project

Our main project in the innovation department, 'Uncover growth markets', had reached a point where the leadership team wanted to evaluate how to proceed with the project. So we were given the task of finding a way to keep prices low for our canteen. The hope was to research whether our team at TimoCom/Ticonex would also be able to develop products that could conquer completely new business areas.
